Privacy Policy

Global Trust Networks Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "GTN") .Correctly treat customers privacy in dealing with business is GTN's obligation. GTN made a privacy-related rules, and strictly abide by the laws of privacy policy.

Privacy Policy & Code of Conduct

  1. GTN has its own privacy protection rules, staffs from GTN also accepted related education.
  2. GTN has technical protection of personal information stored on the computer to prevent illegal access, loss and intentional change etc.
  3. The private information provided by clients is only used for the performance of contract and send the information of GTN excellent products and services as well as other legitimate business.
  4. Except for normal business, GTN will not provide clients private information to the third party.
  5. In principle, GTN informs clients that the purpose of collecting personal information and the third party of using this information.
  6. Based on the contract, GTN prevent privacy disclosure and forwarding from the source.GTN receives the clients confirm or change information requirements in a reasonable range.
  7. Please contact the receptionist who recepted you when registered.
  8. GTN not only compliances with Japan personal information protection law as well as other related norms, but also efforts to learn and improve these rules.
