How is GTN EPOS Card different from EPOS Card?
The basic features are the same. *However, there are some unavailable services.
Is it available in any other brands besides VISA?
No, it is only available in VISA.
Does the GTN EPOS card also have cash card function?
No, it does not have cash card function.
Application Process
Who can apply?
Anyone using GTN services, such as GTN Rent Guarantor or GTN Mobile, are eligible to apply. *All applications are subject to screening.
What should I do if I am not using any GTN service?
Please be advised that customers who are not using GTN services cannot apply for the card.
What is the 4-digit PIN for?
A 4-digit PIN is required for identification to prevent unauthorized use of your credit card (use by others). You will need this number when making purchases or taking cash advances.
Can I also apply for an ETC card?
ETC card applications are not accepted.
Using Your EPOS Card
Up to how much can I increase my credit limit?
We do not offer any increase in the credit limit.
Does it have a non-contact payment function such as Suica, ID, Waon, Edy, Quick Pay, etc.?
No, it does not have a contactless payment function.
Can I link my EPOS Card with Alipay, WeChat Pay, etc.?
No, it cannot be linked.
Does GTN EPOS Card work with Apple Pay?
Yes, it works.
Renewing or Reissuing Your Card
Do I need to renew my card when it is about to expire?
A new card will be sent to your home by the middle of the expiration month. If the card has not been used for a long time, we may not send it to you.
In some cases, requests may be denied due to screening.
Will my card number change if I renew or reissue my card?
The card number will not change in case of renewal or when reissuing due to magnetic failure. However, it will change when reissuing a lost card.
Do I have to pay to reissue my card?
No, you do not have to pay.
When You Need Help
What are the business hours?
It is from 10:00 to 18:00.
I forgot my 4-digit PIN.
Use the PIN notification service (暗証番号通知サービス) on EPOS Net, and we will send a written notice to your registered address in about one week. (You must log in to the EPOS Net My Page to use this service) *The PIN can only be confirmed by mail. *It cannot be confirmed by phone or e-mail.
I received a bill I don't recognize.

Making Changes
How do I change my address or phone number?
You can change your home address and phone number, and your employer's name and phone number at Change Registered Information (ご登録情報の変更) on EPOS Net.
How do I change my bank account?
If you wish to change your bank account, you will need to complete the registration again. Please complete one of the following procedures: 1. Online (Direct Debit Online Service 口座振替Net手続きサービス) :
Please access the EPOS Card website from your PC or smartphone and complete the procedure.
2. By mail:
Please request a direct debit application form from EPOS Net My Page and complete the procedure.
3. Visit the Marui Card Center:
Visit the Marui Card Center with your registered seal, cash card, and EPOS card.
Can I change the name on my card?

Can I register with an overseas (home country) account?
No, we only accept Japanese bank accounts.
Payment
What happens if I don't have enough money on the payment date?
If your bank account does not have enough money to withdraw, the money will not be withdrawn. In such cases, you can use EPOS ATM, Internet deposit (PAYG), or barcode repayment (Paysl) to make a deposit.
Can I pay earlier than the payment date?
If you would like to make an additional payment on top of your scheduled payment, you can make an additional revolving payment at EPOS ATMs, PAYG (Internet banking and bank ATMs), and some convenience stores and banks. If you apply for increased revolving credit (リボ増額引落し) on EPOS Net within a certain period, the amount will be added to your monthly revolving payment and deducted from your registered account.
What will happen to my remaining payments if I cancel my card?
If you have payments remaining, you will be able to cancel your card after you complete the payment.

What is EPOS Net?
EPOS Net is a convenient online service that allows you to check your monthly payment schedule and usage history, change your payment method, inquire about or redeem your EPOS points, and change your registered information. You can also receive e-mails about campaigns and other information. The service is available on smartphones and PCs.
Using the Card Overseas
Are there any services that I can use when traveling overseas?
We offer a variety of services for overseas travel, including overseas travel accident insurance with no prior procedures required, and special discount services available at your destination.
Can I withdraw cash in local currency while traveling abroad?
Yes, you can withdraw cash in local currency at ATMs marked with VISA or PLUS in local airports and downtown areas.
Is there a fee for using my card overseas?
Overseas purchases will be converted into Japanese yen at the rate specified by Visa International at the time the transaction data arrives at the Visa Payment Center from the merchant, with an additional 1.63% as an administrative fee for overseas use. Note that this is not the rate on the day you use your card. There is no processing fee for overseas cash advances, but there is an ATM usage fee (less than 10,000 Yen: 100 Yen per transaction (excl. tax); over 10,000 Yen: 200 Yen per transaction (excl. tax)).
Does it have overseas travel accident insurance?
Yes, overseas travel accident insurance is included. There is no need to report or complete any procedures before your departure. Please remember to bring your EPOS card with you.
Cash Advance Service
How can I use a cash advance?
Cash advances are available at affiliated ATMs such as EPOS ATMs, convenience store ATMs, and bank ATMs, as well as overseas ATMs. Online cashing (direct debit) service and telephone cashing (direct debit) service are also available through EPOS Net.
Multi-installment and Revolving Payment
Can I repay the balances of revolving payments, installment payments, etc. at once?
If you would like to make an additional payment on top of your scheduled payment, you can make an additional revolving payment at EPOS ATMs, PAYG (Internet banking and bank ATMs), and some convenience stores and banks. If you apply for increased revolving credit (リボ増額引落し) on EPOS Net within a certain period, the amount will be added to your monthly revolving payment and deducted from your registered account.
Can I change my credit card payment to an installment payment later?
The procedure to change the installment payment is very simple. Log in to EPOS Net My Page and follow the procedure. You can change your one-time or lump-sum bonus payments to installment payments even after the payment amount has been fixed, until the deadline. You can also check the estimated payment amount after changing the installment payment from the ''Estimated Payment Amount after Change of Installment Payment (分割変更後の支払予定額)'' page. *There is a fee for using the shopping installment payment (15.0 % per annum). *Cash advance cannot be used for installment payments.
